| Back Extension w/ Roller |

Start: Lay on stomach w/ wrists on roller, heels together.
 |
Execution: Engage abdominals, press gently into roller w/ palms, lift chest off floor.

Bridging on Roller |
 |
| Start: Align head and tailbone on roller. |
 |
Execution: Engage abdominals and simultaneously roll tailbone, low back, mid back, upper back off the roller. Return spine in reverse.

Myofascial Release |

| Thigh (Quadriceps) |
 |
| Outer thigh (IT-Band) |
 |
| Upper back (Lats, Teres Major) |
Directions: Slowly roll body over roller in specific area. When an area of pain or tightness is found, hold in place for 20-30 seconds.

Chest Opener |
 |
Directions: Relax back with arms at a 90° angle. Hold up to 1 minute.
